iDayari | Secure GBV & Bullying Reporting Vault

1. Overview

iDayari, a product of Jama Industries, provides a secure environment for users to document incidents of GBV, bullying, and abuse. We utilize industry-leading encryption to ensure your data remains private and under your control.

2. Data Collection & Usage

User Accounts: We collect minimal information (email or phone) to facilitate account recovery.
Multimedia Reports: Users may capture audio, video, photos, and text. This data is stored in your BIP39 Secure Vault.
Encryption: All media is encrypted end-to-end. iDayari staff cannot view your recordings.

3. Location Data

To provide accurate documentation of incidents, iDayari accesses your location data (GPS and network-based).

Purpose: Location data is used solely to geotag your reports, providing a verifiable record of where an incident occurred.
Storage: This data is encrypted and stored as part of your private vault.
Control: You can grant or deny location permissions via your device settings at any time.

4. BIP39 Secure Vault

Your vault is secured by a unique 12-word recovery phrase. Disclaimer: If you lose your recovery phrase, iDayari cannot recover your data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

In compliance with Google Play policies, you have the right to delete any report or your entire account. Once deleted, data is purged from our encrypted storage and cannot be recovered.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your location or personal data with third parties. Your data is only shared if you explicitly choose to export and provide it to authorities or third parties yourself.
