1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on iDayari, you agree to these terms. This application is a documentation tool and does not replace emergency services. In South Africa, please contact SAPS (10111) for immediate danger.

2. User Responsibilities

• Security: You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your BIP39 mnemonic phrase. Loss of this phrase results in permanent loss of data.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the app to harass others or record illegal content unrelated to the reporting of abuse or bullying.

3. Legal Admissibility

While iDayari provides a secure way to capture evidence, Jama Industries does not guarantee that captured media will be admissible in all legal jurisdictions. Users are encouraged to seek legal counsel regarding evidence standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

iDayari is provided "as is." Jama Industries is not liable for data loss resulting from the loss of your private vault keys, device failure, or unauthorized access to your physical device.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines or engage in fraudulent activity.
